Terms of use

These terms apply to your use of www.aijobhunter.com (the “service”), operated by AI JOB HUNTER PTE. LTD., a company registered in Singapore (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
The service is a free tool that uses AI to analyse a job posting you paste and to explain what an AI screening system is likely to look for. It provides general information only. It is not career, legal or recruitment advice, and we do not guarantee interviews, job offers or any other outcome. Each employer’s screening system uses its own settings, and AI output can be wrong or incomplete — please check it before relying on it.
You can run ten analyses without an account. After that you need a free account to continue. Analyses are currently free; if we ever introduce paid features, we will tell you before they apply to you and nothing already free in your account will be charged retroactively.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older to use the service.
2a. Your account
Give a correct email address and keep your password secure; you are responsible for activity in your account. One person per account. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or threatens the service, and we delete accounts unused for 2 years after emailing you 30 days before.
3. Acceptable use
Paste only text you are entitled to use, such as a published job posting. Do not use the service to break the law, to submit harmful or abusive content, to try to overload, probe or bypass its security or limits, or to access it with automated tools. We may limit, suspend or block use that breaks these terms or threatens the service. To keep the service free and available to everyone, we apply fair-use limits, such as a maximum number of analyses per day.
4. Your content and our service
You keep any rights you have in the text you paste. You allow us to process it to provide the service, as described in our privacy notice. The service, its design, text and software belong to us.
5. Availability and changes
The service is provided free of charge, “as is” and “as available”. We may change, pause or end it, or change these terms, at any time; the effective date above shows the current version. If we change these terms in a way that matters to account holders, we will tell you by email or on the site before the change takes effect, and ask you to accept the new version at your next sign-in.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the service’s output, and our total liability to you is limited to SGD 50. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. This does not take away protections that the laws of your country of residence give you.
