AI Job Hunter started with my own job search.
I’m an engineer, and when I went looking for a new job I wanted to send measured, quality applications. I had the skills and experience for the roles, but I couldn’t get through to an interview. Something was wrong with my applications, and I did not know how my CV was scored.
First I gave the job descriptions to AIs (LLMs) and asked for the keywords to put on my CV. I got messy lists of 120+ per job. Up to half were not in the job description at all. Duties and company description terms were mixed in with the real requirement keywords. The pass/fail knockouts were generally missed. No basis for CV tailoring. So I built the tool I was missing: AI Job Hunter simulates the employer’s AI ATS, finds the knockouts and keywords it scores, so my CV, and yours, can be ranked at the top.
